Since coaching the Ilchester Trojans from their initial stages at U7, our approach has been dedicated to nurturing their growth in various aspects. From instilling fundamental technical skills to fostering social bonds and teamwork, the journey has been comprehensive.

An integral component of our coaching philosophy for the Ilchester Trojans is ensuring that the players have fun while learning and playing football. Encouraging camaraderie among the players, we emphasise the social aspect, creating an environment where friendships flourish and making their football journey an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Always striving to tailor training sessions to meet the developmental needs of our players, has ensured a steady progression in their technical abilities. Over the years, as they have matured, the focus has shifted towards building effective teamwork, honing their leadership capabilities, and promoting a sense of responsibility both on and off the field.
